Emails directed to a particular Trustee shall be automatically routed as a copy to all other Trustees and the Village President for informational purposes and to facilitate discussion on the issues raised in the email. Village Hall senior staff will also be copied with such emails to facilitate their ability to assist with Trustee inquiries at the direction of the board.
